Yay! You have finihed the cast on process. Now you are ready to start knitting. You will need both needles this time. Have the needle with your cast on in your left hand and the needle with nothing in your right.

1: Start by threading your right needle through the top cast on stitch. Take your yarn and loop it counter clock wise around the right needle and pull it down in beetween the two needles. Take your right needle out, then pick out the strand of yarn you just made and take it off of your left needle. Repeat until you run of cast on stitches.(Note: Leave your last stitch a little loose). When your done, switch your needles so that your right needle is now in your left. Repeat the prosses untill you feel like stoping.

2: When you are done with knitting and want to get it off the needle, start by stitching two knit stitches. Then with your left needle pull the bottom stitch over the top stitch, leaving the top stitch on the needle. Add one more knit stitch, and reapet this process until you have only one stitch left on your right needle.

3: Cut about a ten inch tail of yarn from the last loop on your right needle. Now your going to wrap that tail clockwise around your right needle. Pull the bottom stitch over the top loop with your left needle, and then pull your up and tighten.
